We had a very good preparation meeting in London today - the women's links and the youth links were well represented and two of the students' links (others had lectures). It's getting very exciting now - The visas and passports have arrived, tickets booked, accommodation booked, training plans done, handbook made, lots still to do but the group on each side is looking forward and we're expecting to have a great and useful time.
