We think that it's best to move the leaders' visit back (or is this forward??) by a week, to increase the chances that we have the visas and passports back on time - and to give us another week to get the planning done (the funding was announced so late that this has put real pressure on!).

celebration in Camden on 20th November.
We are therefore working on these dates: travel 4th December, project start on 5th December, project finish 14th December, travel day 15th December. Hope to book the tickets in the next day or two and confirm to everyone.

As for the students, dates we hope (including travel days) are 15th to 26th Jan.
