WELL DONE

The Palestinian day on the residential was really good - full of information and discussions and too many pictures to put here now...

In the morning we had a meeting and four of the Palestinian children told us of their experiences.... lack of space, the wall, checkpoints, prisoners -

We talked a lot about child prisoners and the group divided, some making placards for  a demonstration and the other making postcards from Palestine.

After lunch we went to the sea and later climbed a local hill. We sat on the top in the sun and we heard about Jerusalem,  the Al Aqsa, Hebron and Palestinian schools.

Salah ran a dabkeh workshop up there on the hilltop.

After lots more food, we had our first public meeting. This was also a chance for the other Palestinians to give their presentations - and there was more dancing and a lot of discussion.

WELL DONE EVERYONE - it was a busy day and both serious and fun.
